Responsibilities and Key Activities:
- Establish strong partnerships with business leaders to drive our purpose forward.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on HR matters, because sometimes they just need our support.

- Ensure compliance with employment legislation while keeping the workplace dynamic.
- Provide HR solutions and best practices that keep the team hearing each other loud and clear.
Requirements & Experience
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management
- 5 years of progressive HR Generalist or Business Partner experience.
- Human Resources Professional Association member in good standing; HR professional designation preferred (Certified Human Resources Professional/ Leader).
- Retail or Healthcare experience an asset.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite; comfortable adapting to new software and systems. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/ or SAP SuccessFactors is an asset.
- Occasional travel may be required, but hey, road trips are a great opportunity to meet our team members!
