Graphic Designer - 1 YEAR MATERNITY LEAVE CONTRACT

HearingLife Canada, and National Affiliated Partners, is the largest provider of hearing healthcare service in Canada. Working in unison with the National Campaign for Better Hearing's awareness campaign (campaignforbetterhearing.org), our core philosophy is to of providing life-changing hearing care while increasing awareness of the effects of hearing loss and the benefits of hearing devices.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your designs will shape the brand identity and drive customer engagement across various marketing channels, both online and offline. You'll work on a wide range of projects, from print ads and brochures to digital banners and social media graphics. 

  • Design flyers, print ads, brochures and signage
  • Digital graphic design & development for website, social media and other online. platforms as required
  • Modify existing marketing collateral
  • Ensure brand standards are applied to all graphic elements
  • Work with Project Leads on proof approvals and file uploads
  • Maintain schedules and deadlines
  • Communicate with management to ensure projects meet specifications
     

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Degree/College Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 2 years of experience working in Graphic Design
  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. 
  • Experience with AfterEffects and Premiere Pro an asset 
  • Work within project management tool, Asana
  • Knowledge of printing and production process is an asset 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple demands and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and proofreading/editing skills
  • Strong communication skills
