How You Will Make An Impact
- As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in our clients' hearing journeys. You’ll collaborate with clients, healthcare teams, and our wider network to deliver exceptional service. Your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting comprehensive audiological assessments
- Recommending Assistive Listening Devices
- Performing hearing instrument evaluations and fittings
- Providing ongoing client follow-ups and instrument checks
- Cerumen management (if within your scope of practice)
- Offering counseling and aural rehabilitation
- Conducting diagnostic testing for ENT specialists (if applicable)
- In addition to hands-on care, you’ll have opportunities to mentor students and new staff, stay on top of professional credentials and continued education, and engage with the community through presentations and marketing initiatives.

What You Bring
- A Master’s Degree in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist Certification
- Registration in good standing with the applicable Provincial College or professional association
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
