HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

As Regional Manager, you will lead with a people-first approach, managing the individuals and overall performance of clinics within your region. Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director, you will inspire teams to deliver exceptional client service and foster an environment where every client interaction reflects our commitment to improving lives through better hearing. You will work to exceed both short- and long-term regional sales goals, bringing an energetic approach to cultivating new business and optimizing clinic performance. this role offers a hybrid working environment where you will be travelling within your region approximately 60% of your time.

 

Client Service Excellence: Lead by example, creating a client-first atmosphere in each clinic within your region. Coach and support clinic teams to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.

 

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support individuals in your region, fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment. Help each team member excel in their roles and nurture their career development.


Performance Management: Oversee clinic operations and performance, setting goals and ensuring adherence to company standards. Regularly assess clinic achievements and take action to improve results.

 

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
Strategic Planning: Work collaboratively with your team to identify new market strategies and growth opportunities that align with HearingLife's goals.

 

Client Excellence Certification: Lead by example to become certified in Client Excellence Training, our business operating model. Guide your team to achieve all the right things for our clients.
 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • A related post-secondary degree, with 5+ years of management experience, ideally in healthcare sales
  • Proven leadership abilities and a people-first mindset, with a passion for coaching and developing teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect and interact effectively
  • Familiarity with Windows applications (word processing and spreadsheets) and a keen attention to detail
