About the role and the team
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join Diagnostics IT – Data, Cloud & Architecture Solutions and support both project-related and operational data initiatives across the business. In this role, you will help transform data into reliable insights, support CRM/ERP implementations, and contribute to building governed, high-quality reporting solutions for Diagnostics teams globally.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical partners, acting as a trusted data partner in implementation projects and ongoing reporting activities. This role combines hands-on analytical work with data conversion, governance, and business collaboration, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both structured project work and insight-driven decision support.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Ensure reporting consistency, performance, and alignment with business needs and IT standards
- Build reusable semantic models in Power BI for Diagnostics domains
- Design, develop, and publish dashboards and reports based on curated datasets
- Collect, document and execute data requirements from business stakeholders
- Participate in CRM/ERP related projects and support data-related activities as an independent Data Consultant
- Analyse legacy ERP/CRM systems from a data structure and mapping perspective
- Plan and coordinate data conversion activities together with project teams
- Filter, clean, and prepare data extracts for upload into business systems
- Execute final data conversion activities during go-live and support post-go-live data quality processes
- Collaborate with Process Owners to maintain data quality, governance, and metadata documentation
- Support stakeholders in interpreting insights and refining reporting requirements

- Have at least 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or data-related project work, ideally in ERP/CRM environments
- Have at least intermediate SQL knowledge and advanced Excel skills
- Have hands-on experience with Power BI, including semantic models, DAX, and report design
- Have experience preparing, cleansing, and transforming data for migration or conversion activities
- Understand how to work with ERP or CRM systems
- Understand data governance concepts such as lineage, metadata, and access policies
- Communicate clearly and confidently with business stakeholders
- Work in a structured, detail-oriented, and independent way
- Have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Feel comfortable working in cross-functional, international environments
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
