We are seeking a motivated Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our Global Planning team in Mierzyn, Poland.
In this role, you will combine supply chain planning expertise with advanced analytics to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and planning decision-making. You will develop insights, models, dashboards, and recommendations that help stakeholders across the global supply chain make smarter and more timely decisions.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Develop forecasting models, analyses, and dashboards using Python, Databricks, Power BI, and planning data;
• Turn complex supply chain data into clear insights and recommendations for Global Planning stakeholders;
• Improve forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and planning decisions through practical analytics;
• Support the effective use of Kinaxis Maestro and contribute to planning process improvements;
• Explore AI and automation opportunities that improve planning efficiency and decision support.

• you bring 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, analytics, or related areas;
• you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business analytics, data science, or a related field;
• you have in-depth knowledge of supply chain planning, forecasting, and inventory management;
• you are confident working with Python, Databricks, data modelling, and Power BI;
• you enjoy solving complex problems and can work through issues where the answer is not always obvious;
• you work independently, communicate clearly, and know how to turn analysis into recommendations people can act on;
• you are fluent in English.

It would be nice if:

• you have experience with advanced planning systems;
• you have hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro;
• you have experience applying AI, machine learning, or automation to planning, forecasting, or analytics processes;
• you have worked in a global or international supply chain environment.
