Business and Sales Responsibilities

New Business Development: Identify and assess sales opportunities within the designated region, fostering new business partnerships to support growth.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales quotas and territory performance goals.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with current customers, including dispensers, audiologists.

Technical Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

Sales Strategy: Regularly evaluate performance against objectives and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.

Travel & Events: Travel to customer locations, attend tradeshows, conferences, and contribute to workshops.

Sales Policies Compliance: Ensure all sales activities align with the company’s sales policies and procedures.

CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date customer contact records.

Customer Training and Support

Product Training: Provide training on products and software, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Issue Resolution: Address technical and quality issues, working closely with the Customer Service and Audiology teams.

Supportive Role: Collaborate with the Audiology team to support territory goals.

Administrative Responsibilities

Reporting: Provide timely field activity reports and assist with business/product planning.

Product Feedback: Share insights on product performance with the Audiology team.

Compliance & Special Projects: Lead vendor compliance activities and work on special projects as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Self-Starter: Motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.

Adaptability: Able to perform various roles (sales, training, technical support) in a dynamic environment.

Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with product demonstrations, presentations, and handling technical issues.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

This role requires a combination of business acumen, technical knowledge, training capabilities, and excellent interpersonal communication to meet the sales and customer service objectives.

Here’s who we’re looking for:

Post-secondary education, clinical experience necessary.

Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist designation is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with customers.

Highly motivated and self-starter willing to travel nationally.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills with technical aptitude.

Ability to work in a complex environment with varying degree of tasks (sales, training, tech support, telephone support).

Ability to represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner.

Access to own vehicle with a valid driver’s license
