Responsibilities
You have now the opportunity of working in a world-leading healthcare company where you will be joining our Commercial Excellence team as part of the Demant International Sales area. Our role is to support the local markets in maximizing their commercial impact through individual country initiatives as well as broader deployment of business-related tools and processes as well as sharing our best practices among the global communities.
Authorities
As our new Student Assistant, you will join us as a student assistant, where you will support, create and share relevant material and tasks, and follow up activities with our sales community. You will also play an important role in our stakeholder management activities and in supporting our Sales Manager’s and Sales Rep’s in the uptake of our sales language and tools.
Competencies
- Administering our online community tasks incl. uploading new materials and make newsletters on the FUSE Community for Sales Leaders and Sales Professionals
- Video and sound recording editing and eLearning development
- Supporting events and meeting planning from a-z, such as invitations, hotel bookings, material preparation, communication to participants and follow-up activities.
- Keeping our stakeholder mapping always up to date
- Handling ad-hoc project support incl. presenting your insights, findings, and recommendations in storytelling presentation and slide creation
Qualifications
You are finishing the last year of your bachelor’s degree or have just started your master’s studies within the areas of Business Administration, Sales Management, Project Management, Marketing or Sales. Excellent English skills are required and a substantial understanding of ‘what is good communication’ is needed. Previous experience from a sales organization or a large international company is an advantage as a second language would be a great addition to our international team.
The optimal candidate can relate to most of the following
- You are curious, proactive, ambitious and with a strong drive
- You are structured and have clear communication skills, and know your way around PowerPoint, Excel and Canva. Knowledge about Articulate 360 is considered a plus
- You can work independently to create actionable insights
- You are a great communicator who enjoys crafting engaging and efficient communication materials
- You are open for ‘learning by doing’ when it comes to new technologies and can take on administrative tasks.

This job will be located in Smørum – with direct trains from Copenhagen, Denmark
Working time: expected 16 hours per week with flexibility during exam periods.
