Student Assistant - PMO

Join Demant’s OneHearingCare program and play a key role in supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) in driving coordination, transparency, and progress across a complex, multi-market setup.
About the Role
You’ll engage in the OneHearingCare (OHC) program, where we are exchanging most current applications with a new target architecture across 20 countries and more than 4,000 clinics, and helping more than 11,000 colleagues with their daily work.
As a PMO Student Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting program execution by ensuring that work is structured, tracked, and followed up. You will contribute to both the operational backbone of the PMO and the continuous improvement of how we work.
From day one, you will take on real responsibilities by supporting reporting, coordinating activities, and helping create clarity in complex environments. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders across functions, gaining hands-on experience in program management in a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Joining us your primary focus will be (but not limited) to:
- Coordinating activities across projects and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, progress, and that nothing falls through the cracks
- Contributing to process improvements, including tracking tools, templates, and ways of working. We work in SAFe and use Azure DevOps as a tool
- Building and maintaining the OHC knowledge base, ensuring documentation is clear, structured, and supports scalable ways of working
- Supporting stakeholder communication by translating complex input into clear updates, summaries, and actionable follow-ups
- Preparing reporting material and ensuring consistency across project inputs and deliverables
- Supporting general PMO operations, including governance activities, recurring tasks, and ad hoc support to ensure smooth execution across the program

Are you our new colleague?
For you to be successful in this role, we imagine you:
- Are studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. Business, IT, or similar) and have about 2 years left of your studies
- Have an interest in project management, coordination, or structured problem-solving
- Already have experience from another student job (not a requirement)
And as a person, you are:
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Proactive and take ownership of your tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable following up with stakeholders
- Curious
We’re looking for a high performing student with a good track record, whether that shows in your academic results, your student job, or the initiatives you’ve taken outside of class. The position is paid hourly, and we expect you to work 15+ hours per week, with the opportunity for more as it suits your studies.
