A central role with high degree of responsibility and flexibility
You will become part of our international, cross-functional, cross-generation team and work very closely with our ERP consultants, PMO and management team. In your new student job, your tasks will vary to a certain extent depending on the team's specific projects and needs, however with strong focus on ERP PI Planning, Release and Test Management and internal communication.
- PI Planning: You will prepare Azure DevOps dashboards for PI planning sessions, catering to both D365FO and AX2012 ERPs. This will include visualizing system workflows, understanding cross-functional collaboration, and translating planning data into clear, engaging formats.
- Release and Test Management: You will follow up on status of testing of the release within the Azure DevOps platform and reporting status to management. In this role you will be in close contact with the whole team. This task will give you great insights into the ERP/software release and testing process, and you will also be closely involved in implementing a global tool and processes for release and test management, based on Agile methodologies.
- Internal communication: You will be responsible for creating and refining internal content—to help ensure communication is effective, well-structured, and aligned with key priorities. You will also help design presentations and compile reports for internal use.
Other ad-hoc tasks are preparation and facilitation of periodic stand-up meetings, planning and arranging events and assisting our IT Project Managers with various PMO related tasks. You will get access to our AI tools (including Copilot) and be asked to utilize AI to streamline routine tasks and enhance communication materials.
There will also be opportunities to lead initiatives and practice your project management and business analysis skills!
This is a part-time position, with expected 15-20 hours per week, preferably 2-3 regular days. The hours will be flexible in periods of exams to accommodate your student's academic schedule.
To fulfill this position, we imagine that
- You are currently enrolled on a higher education on BA or MA level and have a minimum of 2 years left.
- You are fluent in English – written and oral.
- You are curious, good at asking qualified questions and a born communicator who quickly establishes networks.
- You are characterized by a high degree of respect for deadlines and great desire for personal and professional growth.
- You are structured, analytical and able to proactively drive initiatives and tasks.
- You are self-driven and have the courage to run your own tasks, but at the same time humble enough to ask more experienced colleagues for advice when you encounter roadblocks.
- You are hardworking and can withstand pressure in peak periods and do not lose your good spirit.
- Are a true team player, as you will be collaborating closely with other colleagues.
- You are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Power point and SharePoint, Teams).
- If you have experience with Survey Monkey, and Azure DevOps it will be an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
