Student Assistant, Business Development

About the position

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Student Assistant to support our International Sales – Region Europe team at Demant. Your contributions will play a key role in improving how our region operates, ensuring data-driven decision-making and efficiency in our sales processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student who wants hands-on experience in business and sales operations while balancing their studies. You will gain valuable insights into International Sales processes and have the chance to develop professional skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the creation of presentations and reports for market business performance reviews.
  • Supporting data analysis and follow-up on key insights and action points.
  • Enhancing and optimizing internal project tracking to improve accuracy, alignment, and overall efficiency.
  • Assisting with data validation and alignment efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Currently completing the final year of a bachelor's program or beginning a master's degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint); Power BI experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a similar role (internships or part-time jobs) is an advantage
