At Demant Hearing Care, we help millions of people hear better through more than 4,000 hearing care clinics across 25+ markets worldwide. As we develop our next three-year strategy and growth roadmap, we are looking for a Strategy Project Manager to join our Global Hearing Care team with 150+ individuals.
You will join the Strategy and Projects team with 6 individuals who work with strategy, projects, cross-functional collaboration, communication and change management.
In this role, you will work directly with senior leaders to tackle some of our most important strategic priorities, from growth initiatives and commercial transformation to operating model development and capability building. Through these initiatives, you will help create the conditions that enable our Hearing Care Professionals to deliver high-quality experiences and outcomes for our customers.

As Strategy Project Manager, you will be part of a highly visible strategy and transformation team at the center of our international business.
You will lead strategic initiatives that influence how we grow, operate, and create value for customers and employees. Working closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Audiology and Technology, you will help identify opportunities, shape solutions, and drive execution across our global markets.
What You'll Be Responsible For
You will:
- Lead High-Impact Strategic Initiatives:
- Drive strategic projects from idea and mobilization through execution and benefit realization.
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive change with stakeholders across functions, markets, and leadership levels.
- Establish project structures and manage time, scope, quality and risks to ensure strong execution and measurable outcomes.
- Shape Strategy and Drive Transformation:
- Support the development and execution of Demant Hearing Care's three-year strategic roadmap.
- Facilitate strategic planning processes and help translate business priorities into actionable annual plans and initiatives.
- Support managing our portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and effective prioritization across the business.
- Facilitate Decisions at Senior Leadership Level
- Build compelling analyses and recommendations that inform key strategic decisions.
- Prepare decision material and executive presentations for senior leadership.
- Leverage data, market trends, and stakeholder insights to challenge the status quo and uncover new opportunities.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to leaders across the organization.
The position is based at our headquarters in Smørum, Denmark, with flexibility to work from home. Travel activity is expected to be approximately 5-15 days annually. Expected start date is 1st of December 2026.

Who We're Looking For
You combine strategic thinking with the ability to drive execution and create alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
You bring:
- A master’s degree in business, Economics, Strategy, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience from management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation or a similar strategic role.
- Experience working in international organizations and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- A proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured and hypothesis-driven approach.
- Experience developing strategies, operating models, transformation programs, business cases, or commercial improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to influence and engage senior leaders through clear storytelling and compelling recommendations.
As a person, you are curious, proactive, and driven by creating results. You are comfortable working through ambiguity, bringing structure to complexity, and building trust with stakeholders at all levels.
