Strategy Project Manager
Join Demant’s International Hearing Care team and help shape the strategic direction of a global leader in hearing health. As our new Strategy Project Manager, you will work closely with top management to develop strategy, translate it into actionable plans, and drive execution across markets.

Shaping the future with us
We are looking for a Strategy Project Manager with experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, strategic planning and execution, and building global capabilities—ensuring strong alignment across marketing, sales, audiology, and technology.
In this role, you will identify, co-develop, and implement strategic initiatives, commercial processes, best practices, and tools that enhance commercial performance and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will assess, challenge, and inspire local market practices with a focus on efficiency and leveraging opportunities for growth.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Drive project management and delivery of both global strategic and local initiatives—from scoping and analysis to blueprinting and benefit realization.
- Lead the annual planning process, ensuring strategy is translated into actionable plans.
- Contribute to the development of our 3-year strategy.
- Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership.

The role is based at our corporate headquarters in Smørum, just outside Copenhagen, with flexibility to work from home. Travel activity is expected to be approx. 5–10 days per year.

Are you our new colleague?
You have relevant degree such as Cand. merc or similar, and you have already some years’ experience from a position in management consulting or a similar in-house position.
You are analytically strong and can translate data into actionable insights and you consider yourself a bit of a PowerPoint ninja.
You have experience with strategy execution through project management and delivery, and you may also have experience with PMO.
You have experience with developing strategy, playbooks, operating models or similar types of work as a part you project delivery.
As a person, you thrive in an independent role where you shape and structure your own work. You enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders to identify, execute, and follow up on opportunities. You are proactive, humble, and naturally build strong relationships across a large organization.
