Senior Scrum Master/Team Coach for embedded SW teams

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master/Team Coach to join two of our SAFe scrum teams. You will work with teams of experts to develop the basis for solutions that make a real difference in the lives of hearing-impaired people. 
 
The Role

You will be SAFe Scrum Master/Team Coach for two well-established Scrum Team which are part of an Agile Release Train responsible for delivering the embedded SW Platform forming the basis for all hearing instrument features, including our world class audiology. The teams, which consist of 5-8 developers with specialized embedded SW development competences, are also deeply involved in the development of future IC and hardware platforms.
 
Your main Responsibilities

As Scrum Master/Team Coach your responsibility will be to create an environment for high performing team dynamics, continuous flow and relentless improvement. Joining us you can look forward to the following primary tasks: 

•    Continuously develop the teams towards ever higher levels of independence, self-management, quality ownership, and delivery performance
•    Engage in continuous improvement of the agile release train
•    Ensure cross team alignment. Work together with the other scrum masters in the ART, including through Scrum of Scrums, to ensure cross team alignment by identifying dependencies and supporting ART deliveries
•    Coach the team in balancing delivery pressure with keeping focus on developing solutions of high quality to comply with medical device standards.

You should be excited about SAFe and Lean Agile leadership, creating a healthy and productive work culture and be capable of promoting relentless improvement in a team.
To succeed it is essential that you have substantial experience with SAFe, Agile or other project management methods.
Documented scrum master experience is a must and if you are already a Certified SAFe Scrum Master this is an advantage.

You must also be fluent in English.
On the personal side you are a good communicator, are open and approachable while remaining true to your values.
