Senior Sales Enablement Manager

Develop and activate our sales enablement tools
Global Training & Sales Enablement is part of the Commercial Operations function in Demant and responsible for the training of sales companies, distributors, and customers in our Hearing Aid solutions. In your role as Senior Sales Enablement Manager concentrating on sales enablement tools, you will play a key role in enabling our sales teams to engage effectively with customers across multiple channels. You will be tasked with ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools to prepare for and engage in productive conversations with customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and activation of sales enablement platforms and tools in close partnership with Global Marketing. More specifically you will lead the concept and content of effective sales enablement tools for Demant sales companies to support effective customer journeys and Demant brand positioning.
You will work cross-functionally with Brand Management, Global Marketing, Commercial Excellence and sales companies to define the design and content of the sales enablement tools and ensure implementation and local adoption via training activities.

- Collect and interpret insights to identify which tools are needed to support our sales teams in having engaging dialogues with customers. This requires a solid understanding of the Demant sales methodology and close collaboration with International Sales and local sales teams
- Develop a systematic approach to manage our sales enablement platforms and content to prepare Sales teams for all levels of customer interactions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Global Marketing and Commercial Excellence to develop the right tools and content in support of campaign launches and ongoing sales activities.
- Understand our customer segments and can facilitate effective value statements that translate product features into key value for customers.
- Collect insights to the global brand and marketing organisation as member of campaign teams to secure sales relevant arguments are reflected in supporting marketing materials.
- Evaluate performance metrics and impact of the sales tools implemented.
The role involves approximately 15 days of international travel per year, collaborating with local sales teams, participating in campaign development, and supporting regional tool adoption and training efforts.
About the Global Training and Sales Enablement Team
As a member of the Global Training & Sales Enablement team, you will join a dedicated group based at our global headquarters in Smørum, Denmark. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Global Training and Sales Enablement.
We work across various brands and commercial functions, closely collaborating with over 30 Demant sales companies and distributor markets worldwide. Supporting sales to facilitate growth you will be the owner and creator of Demant product specific sales enablement tools and content and ensure their implementation and effective usage in our sales companies.

Your qualifications
You bring a well-organized, methodical approach and a solid commercial perspective that help you lead projects effectively. You commit fully to your work and approach tasks with a focused, solution-oriented attitude. You are skilled at organizing complex content and prosper in a dynamic work environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders. Your effective interpersonal and communication abilities allow you to work well with others and engage stakeholders across various departments and organizational levels.
We imagine that your profile includes:
- A background in Audiology or Hearing Sciences (preferred but not required).
- Sales experience in the hearing aids industry or a comparable medical device sector.
- Strong project management skills and experience working in a matrix role.
- Work experience with sales enablement platforms such as Pitcher, Showpad, Sales force and the like.
- A solid foundation in sales training, or sales support, with demonstrated knowledge of relevant best practices, methodologies, and technologies.
- Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, sales processes, and the B2B buyer’s journey.
- Several years of experience managing projects in a global organization.
- An interest in working within a digital-first environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, as it is our working language.
