Senior MarTech Specialist

The Job

The role is responsible for advancing our global marketing attribution and MarTech capabilities to improve understanding of marketing performance across the customer journey.

This includes identifying, evaluating, and implementing systems and processes that enable accurate measurement, optimisation, and better decision-making across markets.

The role works closely with Global Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and IT to ensure that solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with business needs.

The challenge

The role is a key contributor to shaping and operationalising our global marketing attribution strategy and MarTech ecosystem. Responsibilities include:

 

  • Driving the development and adoption of marketing attribution frameworks and MarTech solutions across markets
  • Identifying and prioritising global and local business needs (e.g. call tracking, server-side tracking, CDPs, Microsoft CE)
  • Leading evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies and vendors
  • Ensuring effective integration of new systems into existing processes and data flows across teams
  • Acting as a key link between Marketing, Commercial, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Developing frameworks such as lead scoring to support commercial performance and customer targeting
  • Supporting market onboarding, training, and continuous optimisation to ensure correct usage and data quality
  • Driving governance and education around data models, tracking setup, and attribution best practices
  • Managing key MarTech partnerships within the marketing technology stack

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you bring a strong combination of business understanding, technical expertise, and a structured approach to problem-solving. You are comfortable working across functions and markets, and you are motivated by improving how data and systems enable better decisions.

We expect you to bring:

  • Strong experience within marketing analytics, attribution, or MarTech
  • Solid technical understanding of tracking, data flows, and system integrations
  • Experience identifying, evaluating, and implementing tools and vendors
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and omnichannel marketing
  • Experience with tools such as Google Looker, Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, or Excel
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and markets
  • A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
