Then you might be our new Senior Commercial Excellence Specialist at Diagnostics.
Your impact as our new Senior Commercial Excellence Specialist
In this role, you will get to work on all core aspects of how we are set up and execute commercially; defining global segmentation models, improving lead conversion, optimizing service sales and much more. You will be responsible for managing and executing your own projects in close collaboration with our sales companies, brands and global functions.
Your work will directly support our global commercial strategy and enhance revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer impact. The position can be located at any Demant Diagnostics site.
Be part of creating something new
Commercial Excellence is a new capability we are building from the ground up. That means you get to become part of that journey from day one and leave your mark on commercial excellence across all of Diagnostics. Hence, you will be a cornerstone in elevating our commercial maturity globally, and this role offers a unique opportunity to influence direction.
Get to know your new team and manager
You will report to the Director of Commercial Excellence, Rune Drud Madsen, and work alongside passionate colleagues who are dedicated to building strong global standards, powerful insights, and a collaborative environment. This is a rare opportunity to help shape not only the frameworks we implement but also the collaboration and culture in a new team.
Drive commercial excellence across borders — analysis, frameworks, and commercial impact
Your key responsibilities include:
• Lead commercial deep dives to assess sales force effectiveness, funnel performance, customer segmentation, and targeting.
• Identify commercial bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, providing structured and prioritized recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Assist markets in executing commercial excellence priorities by supporting sales model improvements, adoption of new frameworks, and capability building through best practice sharing, playbooks, and commercial insights.
You are a commercial strategist with a collaborative mindset
To succeed in the role as Senior Commercial Excellence Specialist, your ability to bring a strong analytical and commercial toolbox is just as important as balancing ambition with a humble attitude to the people and process. Furthermore, creating strong relationships across teams and cultures will enable you to take Commercial Excellence to the next level.
We imagine that you have:
• A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in business, economics, marketing or related field
• Some years of experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, sales effectiveness, marketing operations, or commercial analytics.
