Smørum

(Danish speaking required)

Would you like to work at the frontier of the latest technological development of hearing aid features? Do you thrive in a position with a large interface both internal and external? Can you envision yourself working with test and validation of tomorrow’s hearing aid features? Do you consider yourself driven by providing excellent (customer) service experience to our hearing aid test users?

The role

You will become part of a cross-functional team in R&D, Audiological Solutions, currently consisting of 8 dedicated colleagues working with different parts of clinical development. From Prototype management to recruitment and rehabilitation of test persons, user testing and being the voice of the HCP to support R&D.

As a Clinical Audiologist, you will have two main areas of responsibility.

  • Recruitment of new test participants
  • Record-keeping
  • Booking appointments and responding to user inquiries from our test persons
  • Development and continuous improvement of clinical procedures

User test of hearing aid features and comfort for future product launches

The second main bulk of work is that you will plan, prepare, and execute clinical tests with the purpose of validating features developed for future hearing aid product portfolios. This work involves:

  • Sparring with project group about the execution of the clinical test
  • Planning test
  • Developing the test protocol
  • Executing the clinical test, including fitting of hearing aids
  • Analyzing and reporting test results

Furthermore, experience with hearing aid feature validation in the context of executing clinical tests is considered an advantage but not a requirement. Due to the nature of our work with Danish speaking test participants, it is a requirement that you can speak Danish fluently.

This interactive role calls for someone who is engaging and understanding. Besides being disciplined and accountable regarding tasks and deliveries, you contribute to a good team atmosphere by virtue of your optimism, good nature, and willingness to assist your colleagues.
