Quality Engineering Graduate // Demant's Graduate Programme
Welcome to our Graduate Programme. We offer you a career in a leading Danish C25 company, that creates life-changing products for people around the world. We will guide you through a two-year journey here at our headquarters, just outside Copenhagen.
You will start on 1 September 2025, where you will join three different teams, working with different projects. This will provide you with a good business understanding and broad network of people across all functions. From day one, you'll take on significant responsibilities to develop your professional and personal skills, with the goal of transitioning into a permanent role at the end of the programme.
With operations in over 30 countries, many of our graduates get the opportunity to work abroad for six months, subject to business needs. You’ll also enjoy a fantastic graduate network and can look forward to exciting team days, training sessions, and visits to our diverse business units.
Demant is committed to inclusivity, offering a friendly work environment, flexible work-from-home options, and English as our company language. Benefits include private health insurance, free access to our in-house fitness studio, and a nutritious breakfast and lunch in our canteen.
Your journey as a Quality Engineering graduate
At Demant, we create some of the most advanced hearing solutions in the world, pushing the boundaries of technology to make a real difference for people with hearing loss.
Our Global Quality function is home to exceptionally talented employees who ensure the best product reliability for our customers and users, contribute to effective processes and maintain our compliancy to the medical device regulation and sustainability requirements. Our Quality team works in close collaboration with R&D, Operations, Global marketing and Sales.
We lead the industry in applying artificial intelligence, having launched our first AI-driven product in 2020. For the Graduate Programme, we are specifically seeking an engineering graduate with a specialization or strong background in AI. You’ll join our Quality department, where your rotations, based on your skills, interests, and business needs, may include Quality Assurance, Product Quality, Global Operations Quality, Regulatory affairs or InMarket Support. Through these experiences, you’ll learn not only how AI enhances our product offerings but also how it optimizes our internal development and quality processes.
