At Demant Hearing Aids, we are transforming how we bring innovation to market through our new Product-to-Success (P2S) framework. As a global organization with a strong cadence of product launches, our competitiveness depends on turning innovation into meaningful value for our customers and users.
We are looking for a commercially minded and highly collaborative Project Director, Commercial Market Readiness. This is a new role in which you will bring the voice of the markets into global product development and launch planning. You will also ensure that global plans are translated into market-ready execution, so our innovations deliver successful commercial outcomes.
As a key member of the Program Management Team (PMT), you will lead Market Readiness deliveries across Marketing, Sales, Training, and Service. Your objective is to ensure that the commercial organization is fully prepared to launch new products successfully.
This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, program execution, and cross-functional leadership. You will connect activities across the Growth Engine (Global Marketing) and Revenue Engine (Global Sales), creating alignment and ensuring coordinated execution. We are recruiting two new Market Readiness colleagues for this role, who will alternate lead responsibility across releases, giving each release one clear Market Readiness lead (internally referred to as NMRI). The roles will report to the respective commercial leaders in Marketing and Sales.
Experience from a market organization, sales company, or another market-facing role will be a strong advantage, giving you valuable insight into customer needs, commercial execution, product adoption, and market impact.
