- Develop and engage a newly established agile team while you lead and prioritise the product backlog in an agile, sprint-based delivery setup
- Ensure seamless user experience across SuccessFactors and AI Talent Intelligence platform
- Drive a “Global First” design approach with standardised global templates and limited local deviations
- Continuously improve processes and solutions based on operational insights, feedback, and vendor innovation
- Support organisational adoption through communication, training, and enablement initiatives
You will lead the prioritisation and rollout of talent digitalization initiatives across global HR functions, ensuring alignment between business priorities, user experience, and enterprise architecture. You will also collaborate closely with HR technology vendors and implementation partners to support platform optimisation and innovation initiatives.
