Product Owner Pricing Solution

Denmark
Smørum

Are you excited by operating in the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and business transformation? Do you thrive when translating complex business needs into practical system solutions that deliver measurable value across a global organisation? Then you may be our new Product owner, pricing solutions in Hearing Aids.

Take our pricing solutions to the next level

In this newly established role, you will play a key part in shaping how pricing is managed across our global business. You will join a major ERP transformation programme and take ownership of the pricing solution that connects commercial pricing strategies with operational execution. Working closely with pricing, commercial, finance, and IT stakeholders, you will help create scalable solutions that support business growth and enable better commercial decision-making.

Your impact as our new product owner, pricing solutions

As Product owner, pricing solutions, you will ensure that pricing strategies can be implemented, maintained, and continuously improved through our systems and processes. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, drive implementation activities, and act as the key link between commercial stakeholders and IT teams.

You will play a central role in our global D365 Finance & Operations and QFO rollout programmes, helping to establish the pricing capabilities that will support our future commercial landscape. Beyond implementation, you will contribute to continuous optimisation and ensure that pricing processes remain efficient, scalable, and user-friendly.

Get to know your team and manager

You will join a newly established Commercial Pricing team within Hearing Aids, where you will have the opportunity to influence both the solutions we build and the way we work together. The team combines commercial expertise, pricing knowledge, and process excellence, and works closely with colleagues across markets, functions, and countries.

You will report to Sebastian Strauss and be based at Demant Headquarters in Smørum, Copenhagen. We offer flexibility to work from home when tasks allow. As part of a large-scale global transformation programme involving colleagues from around the world, you can expect international collaboration and approximately 30 to 40 travel days per year.

Drive pricing transformation in a global organisation

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Own and drive the pricing solution across global ERP rollout programmes from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare
  • Translate commercial pricing strategies, pricing models, rebates, promotions, discounts, and agreements into scalable system solutions
  • Manage and prioritise the pricing backlog, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements
  • Act as the primary business counterpart to IT, ensuring that technical solutions meet commercial objectives and operational needs
  • Identify functionality gaps and design practical solutions through integrations, workflows, tools, or supporting systems
  • Lead business testing activities, support releases, and contribute to training, documentation, and change management
  • Drive continuous improvement of pricing processes, data structures, and governance to support long-term business success

You combine commercial understanding with technical curiosity

Success in this role requires more than pricing knowledge or system expertise alone. You enjoy working across disciplines and can comfortably move between commercial discussions, technical specifications, business processes, and stakeholder management. You are naturally curious, organised, and able to bring clarity to complex challenges.

We imagine that you have:

  • 5+ years of experience within product ownership, business analysis, pricing, ERP, commercial systems, or related areas
  • Experience translating business requirements into system capabilities and working closely with IT or development teams
  • Understanding of pricing processes, commercial operations, revenue management, or Order-to-Cash processes
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise solutions
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, or SAFe-based ways of working
  • Strong analytical capabilities and an interest in data-driven decision-making and process optimisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a global environment

You know how to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and create practical solutions that balance business needs with technical possibilities. Equally important, you build strong relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an international organisation.
