From day one, you will take on real responsibilities that accelerate both your personal and professional growth, preparing you to step into a permanent role after the programme. Many graduates also get the chance to broaden their horizons through an international assignment of up to six months in one of our offices abroad. Along the way, you’ll be supported by a great graduate community, dedicated training sessions, and inspiring company events.

The Demant Graduate Programme
Your graduate journey is built around three to four exciting rotations over two years, giving you the chance to explore different areas of our business while taking on real, impactful projects. Every step of the way, you’ll be growing your skills, broadening your perspective, and building a strong international network.

Your journey as an Operations Graduate
During your time in Global Operations, you will take on projects that may involve stays outside of Denmark. Depending on the project, these stays can range from a few days to an entire rotation. Global Operations covers a wide scope of activities, from New Product Introduction, planning, and sourcing, to manufacturing, distribution, and aftersales. Our operational footprint spans key locations worldwide, including Australia, Poland, Denmark, the U.S., and Mexico.

Opportunities are plentiful, and so are the challenges. You’ll have the chance to work across a variety of activities, from interfacing between R&D and Operations, to automation, manufacturing systems, infrastructure development, and the procurement of electronic components.

Regardless of the specific tasks, one thing is certain: you’ll experience a steep learning curve with a high level of responsibility from day one. In our flat organization, you’ll develop analytical, strategic, and innovative skills as you work across a wide range of projects. You’ll be expected to take ownership of your decisions and to challenge the status quo.

Are you ready to take the next step after your master’s degree? Whether you’re just finishing your studies or graduated within the past 1–2 years, our Graduate Programme could be the right fit for you. We welcome applicants from backgrounds such as Supply Chain Management, International Business, or Engineering degree within Production, Manufacturing or related fields.

We’re looking for high performing graduates with a good track record, whether that shows in your academic results, your student job, or the initiatives you’ve taken outside of class.

But what matters most is that you are curious, ambitious, and eager to learn, and that you can collaborate well, think strategically, act pragmatically, and approach challenges with both can-do-attitude and humility.

On site Graduate Assessment Center at our headquarters in Smørum close to Copenhagen.                     

26th January - 6th February  
Final interviews including personality assessments.

During the spring there will be social gatherings and visits to our headquarters to prepare you for the start on 1st of September 2026
