Manager, Group Services Transformation - Executive Office & Corporate Strategy

Denmark
Smørum

We are looking for a new colleague who will help drive the continued development of Demant’s Group Services organization. In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and execution — helping simplify complexity, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and enable scalable ways of working across Group Services, which includes IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Functions.

You will work closely with the CFO, the Group Services Leadership Team, and senior stakeholders across the organization. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you will play a central role in shaping and driving high-impact transformation initiatives across Group Services.

About Executive Office & Corporate Strategy

You will join a small team, which is part of Executive Office & Corporate Strategy team, a team working at the center of strategic development and execution across Demant. Executive Office & Corporate Strategy supports senior leadership in shaping and leading enterprise priorities, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring execution of key strategic initiatives. The team operates close to decision-making and serves as a trusted partner to leadership across the organization.

You will report to the Vice President of Executive Office & Corporate Strategy, while your closest day-to-day colleague will be the Senior Manager, Group Services Strategy Lead, who will also participate in the recruitment process.

Role & Responsibilities

You will play a key role in shaping and enabling the Group Services agenda. Working in a highly collaborative environment, your responsibilities will span strategy execution, operating model development, process improvement, platform governance, and cross-functional transformation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify, scope, and project manage strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, collaboration, and business value across Group Services – in close collaboration with the CFO, Group Services Leadership Team, and Group Services Strategy Lead.
  • Support strategy execution and follow-up by establishing transparency on progress, risks, and outcomes across functions.
  • Prepare leadership communication, including meeting agendas, executive presentations, decision materials, and content for CFO and leadership discussions.
  • Occasionally participate in Group Services Leadership Team meetings and support alignment, decision-making, and execution across functions.
  • Own and further develop the Group Services Ways of Working platform (SharePoint), ensuring it remains an effective hub for processes, governance, and collaboration.
  • Facilitate workshops, decision forums, and stakeholder alignment processes to support organizational development and change.
  • Help create a more coherent and seamless experience for the business when engaging with Group Services across functions and services.

From day one, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to influence strategy execution, operating models, and ways of working across a global organization. The role offers a unique combination of strategic exposure, hands-on execution, and broad organizational insight — making it a good platform for personal and professional growth.

Who You Are

You are structured, analytical, and comfortable navigating complexity. You enjoy moving between strategy and execution and thrive in an environment where priorities evolve and collaboration across functions is essential.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a relevant master’s degree within business, strategy, economics, or a related field.
  • Maybe you have a few years of experience from management consulting, transformation, PMO, project management, strategy execution, or a similar role.
  • Possess good analytical and structuring skills and can turn complexity into clarity and action.
  • Have a proactive mindset and naturally identify opportunities for improvement and simplification.
  • Have good PowerPoint skills, can convey clear messages and are comfortable preparing executive-level discission and decision material.
  • Have an interest in digital platforms and ways of working; experience with SharePoint, process management, governance, or IT-enabled transformation is considered an advantage.
