Welcome to Communication Core Deliveries
You will join a team of seven dedicated colleagues who together protect and strengthen the global Demant brand by ensuring a coherent and impactful presence across all channels, internally and externally. Our ambition is to increase brand awareness and recognition among key target groups and stakeholders, positioning Demant as a trusted and well‑liked brand.

You will collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including the rest of the Corporate Communication & Sustainability department, corporate functions and senior leadership to ensure a cohesive and engaging internal communication experience across Demant.
Develop, manage and produce impactful internal communication
There are a lot of interesting and challenging things waiting for you to dive in to. One of them is to take on the project management of our new intranet project, managing timelines, milestones and phased delivery to successfully roll out a global intranet platform through cross-functional alignment and vendor collaborations.
Another task to dig into is production of video content, where you will film, edit and deliver internal and external videos to publish on relevant channels. Here you will ensure a modern take on video production and an ongoing development of the format, including topics, spokespersons and videographic etc.
You will also
- Have editorial responsibility: serve as editor in chief and contributor for our intranet, ensuring a continuous flow of content that is engaging and relevant for all Demant employees
- Internal channel management: ensure an overall consistent flow of high-quality content across channels
- Progress future development of internal channels: streamline and organise Inside pages, expand the reach of quarterly global townhalls and promote engagement on Viva Engage
- Ensure full usage of information screens across our facilities
This is a short-term contract of 1 year.
Communicator with good project management skills
You bring strong experience working with SharePoint and understand how to leverage it as a central platform for content management, knowledge sharing and internal communication.
You demonstrate strong project‑management capabilities, ensuring effective coordination, clear prioritisation and timely delivery of communication initiatives. You are confident managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, maintaining momentum and keeping deliverables on track from planning through to execution.
You are technically strong and confident working with DSLR cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, and video editing tools in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop). You excel at planning and organizing content, including developing and maintaining content calendars using platforms such as Airtable.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and know how to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. With a creative mindset and a talent for storytelling, you can craft compelling narratives across written, graphic and video formats.
You communicate effortlessly in English, both spoken and written, and bring a global perspective to your work.
