The Demant Graduate Programme
Your graduate journey is built around three to four exciting rotations over two years, giving you the chance to explore different areas of our business while taking on real, impactful projects. Every step of the way, you’ll be growing your skills, broadening your perspective, and building a strong international network.

Your journey as IT Project Management Graduate
As an IT Project Management Graduate, you will gain knowledge in the areas of Program Management Office, Project and Scrum management and Organisational Change management providing a strong foundation for your future career at Demant.
You’ll engage in the OneHearingCare program, exchanging most current applications with a new target architecture across 20 countries and more than 4,000 clinics, helping more than 11,000 colleagues with their daily work.
Throughout the program, you’ll develop hands-on IT project management expertise, working closely with experienced professionals. After 2 years as a graduate, you’ll transition to one of the three areas, where you will leverage your acquired skills to drive efforts and initiative across our global IT organisation. This program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and experience needed to excel in a fast-paced, innovative project environment, preparing you for a successful career in IT change and project management.

Whether you’re just finishing your studies or graduated within the past 1–2 years, our Graduate Programme could be the right fit for you. We welcome applicants from backgrounds such as IT Management, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields.
We’re looking for high performing graduates with a good track record, whether that shows in your academic results, your student job, or the initiatives you’ve taken outside of class.

Final interviews including personality assessments.
During the spring there will be social gatherings and visits to our headquarters to prepare you for the start on 1st of September 2026
