What if your job could help people hear, connect, and live life with enhanced quality? At Demant, that’s what we do, and our Graduate Programme is your chance to be part of it.
We believe the best way to grow your career is to give you the freedom to explore it. In our Graduate Programme, you will rotate across diverse teams, tackle projects that matter, and develop the skills to unlock your full potential. You’ll be part of a global, inclusive community that celebrates curiosity, ambition, and the mindset to make a positive difference.
From day one, you will take on real responsibilities that accelerate both your personal and professional growth, preparing you to step into a permanent role after the programme. Many graduates also get the chance to broaden their horizons through an international assignment of up to six months in one of our offices abroad. Along the way, you’ll be supported by a great graduate community, dedicated training sessions, and inspiring company events.
The Demant Graduate Programme
Your graduate journey is built around three to four exciting rotations over two years, giving you the chance to explore different areas of our business while taking on real, impactful projects. Every step of the way, you’ll be growing your skills, broadening your perspective, and building a strong international network.
"The IT Graduate program at Demant is the perfect launchpad for exploring the many paths IT can lead to. You get real responsibility, strong mentorship, and the freedom to shape your own journey. All of this happens in a supportive and social environment that makes every day exciting." Oliver Klindt, current IT graduate
Your journey as IT ERP Business Analyst graduate
Joining our team, you will learn how the very fundamentals of a modern company are digitized. The backbone of any company is its ERP system – Enterprise Resource Planning. This is the heart of every organization – including Demant. ERP supports everything from order capturing and payment collection to advanced production and global supply chain management. It essentially connects the entire value chain.
Your three rotations will be within the ERP area, where you will learn the craft of working with ERP systems, including gathering business requirements and translating them into a functional design that can later be configured in the system and tested. You will gain exposure to three key areas – Corporate Finance, Standard Manufacturing, and Global Supply Chain – and take part in a global transformation program aimed at modernizing these disciplines.
We want to hear your story
