  • Manage complex calendars, competing priorities and leadership activities in a fast-paced global environment
  • Prepare presentations, reports, organisational information and leadership materials that support informed decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen ways of working and leverage Microsoft 365 and AI tools to increase efficiency and consistency

In addition, you will help create structure and governance which enable a growing global HR organisation to collaborate effectively and deliver on its strategic ambitions.

Your qualifications & experience

We imagine that you will bring a combination of:

  • Solid experience from a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Project Assistant, Business Support or similar role within a complex international organization supporting leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Proven experience creating structure, driving coordination and ensuring follow-through in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience preparing presentations, reports, meeting documentation and materials for leadership audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and an interest in AI, automation and process optimisation
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Being highly organised, proactive and service-minded is a strong foundation for this role, and we are looking for someone who will naturally create structure in complex environments, anticipate challenges and stay one step ahead. At the same time, you are comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions and contributing to discussions when needed. You thrive in an environment with multiple stakeholders, know how to prioritise when demands exceed capacity and build trusted relationships through professionalism, credibility and sound judgement.

Meet your new team

This is an opportunity to join a highly capable and collaborative HR leadership environment during a period of significant transformation. You will work closely with senior leaders, gain unique insight into global HR priorities and play an important role in shaping how HR operates and delivers value across the organisation.

You will become part of a team that values partnership, transparency and continuous improvement, where your contribution will be visible and where the structure you create will have a tangible impact across a global stakeholder network.
