Responsible for leading digital transformation projects in the HR function

In your new position as HR Digitalisation Project Manager, you have an important role in driving forward our global HR digital transformation initiatives and roadmap. You will take full responsibility for leading large HR digitalisation projects across Demant and deliver them successfully through close dialogue with HR stakeholders across the company and the global HR IT team, leaning on your knowledge about state-of-the-art HR tools and systems.

 

Reporting directly to the Head of HR Digitalisation, you will leverage your extensive experience as a project manager to implement innovative digital solutions that enhance efficiency, improve the employee experience, and align with our strategic business objectives.

 

You will also act as a key contributor in initiatives within the HR Digitalisation team’s scope, supporting Senior HR Digitalisation Specialists by sharing best practices, relevant frameworks, acting as a sounding board for change management, risk management or other project-related activities, and providing hands-on support when needed. To be successful in the position you possess the following professional skills:

  • You have 5+ years of project- and change management experience which you use when you lead and coordinate digitalisation initiatives across the organisation at both global and local level.
  • Good planning and analytical skills which you use when you work with HR stakeholders, the HR IT team, internal stakeholders and external partners on roadmap alignment and planning incl. resource estimation, risk management, change management strategy and identification of interdependencies with other projects.
  • Excellent communication and relation management skills which you use when you facilitate discussions around HR digitalisation initiatives with project stakeholders at all levels in the company.

 

Are we looking for you?

Besides possessing the above-mentioned core professional skills, you are certified in PMP or equivalent, and have a good understanding of HR processes. As a person you are structured, well-organised and with an eye for detail. You make things happen and you can communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues across cultures, countries, and levels.
