HR Coordinator - Student Assistant

About the role

This is a student assistant role supporting global HR coordination, leadership meetings and HR projects in Hearing Care.

We are looking for a structured and proactive HR Coordinator / Student Assistant to support coordination, preparation and follow-up across Hearing Care leadership meetings, HR Board meetings and global HR projects.

The role reports to Trine Nielsen, Global HR Business Partner for Hearing Care, and works closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders across countries and functions.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate leadership meetings and HR Board meetings, including agendas, materials, pre-reads and follow-up.

  • Support global HR projects and initiatives by maintaining timelines, people analytics/KPI trackers, stakeholder lists and status updates.

  • Coordinate input from local HR teams, project managers and subject matter experts across countries.

  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, meeting summaries, communication drafts and other materials for HR and leadership audiences.

  • Support ad hoc HR coordination, research and administrative tasks as needed.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education programme, ideally within HR, organizational psychology or project management.

  • Structured, reliable and able to manage several tasks, deadlines and stakeholders at the same time.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Comfortable working in PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint, and balanced use of AI tools.

  • Curious about HR, leadership and how global organisations work.

Practical information

Working hours: Approx. 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility around studies.

Location: Smørum, Denmark, with collaboration across global teams.

Reports to: Trine Nielsen, Global HR Business Partner, Hearing Care.
