You’ll be working closely with five other HR Business Partners, supporting our Hearing Instrument Group—a dynamic area on an exciting journey to become #1 in the market and currently undergoing a transition to the SAFe framework.

You will report to the Global HR Partner for R&D, supporting our Research & Development functions across sites in Denmark and Poland. These teams are key to delivering innovative and competitive solutions that drive our business forward.

•    Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and capture learnings
•    Leveraging HR data and analytics to support strategic business decisions

What we’re looking for

You’re a strategic thinker with a strong business mindset and a passion for people. To thrive in this role, you ideally bring:

•    A few years of experience from a similar HR Business Partner or HR generalist role
•    A relevant bachelor's or master’s degree
•    Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data to inform decision-making
•    A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a keen eye for structure and detail
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix organization

On a personal level, you are approachable, trustworthy, and genuinely interested in understanding the business across the full value chain. You build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, grounded in integrity and authenticity.
