From day one, you will take on real responsibilities that accelerate both your personal and professional growth, preparing you to step into a permanent role after the programme. Many graduates also get the chance to broaden their horizons through an international assignment of up to six months in one of our offices abroad. The Demant Graduate Programme
Your graduate journey is built around three to four exciting rotations over two years, giving you the chance to explore different areas of our business while taking on real, impactful projects. Every step of the way, you’ll be growing your skills, broadening your perspective, and building a strong international network.

Your journey as a Global Business - Hearing Care Graduate
In the Global Business - Hearing Care track, you will join the Audika Group, the Hearing Care division of Demant, and one of the world’s leading hearing care retailers, with over 4.000 clinics across +25 markets. Here, you will work in an inspiring and collaborative environment, engaging with diverse markets, cultures, and perspectives alongside talented, purpose-driven colleagues worldwide.

You will start in either Commercial Excellence or Marketing and then transition into the other, giving you experience across both functions and a deep understanding of how we drive performance globally. The first rotation will be in an analytical role, where you will build a strong foundation by understanding the consumer journey, learning how our data is created and structured, and mastering key marketing and sales KPIs. In the second rotation, you will put these insights into action by supporting business decisions and contributing to initiatives that create real impact across markets. Finally, in your third rotation, you will join one of our international markets, working closely with local teams to bring global strategies to life and make a tangible difference for our customers. Together, we will deliver life-changing hearing care and help Audika Group become the global leader in our industry, while accelerating your professional growth and building your ability to drive impact internationally.

Are you ready to take the next step after your master’s degree? Whether you’re just finishing your studies or graduated within the past 1–2 years, our Graduate Programme could be the right fit for you. We welcome applicants from backgrounds such as Cand.Merc., Cand.Oecon, and related fields.

We’re looking for high performing graduates with a good track record, whether that shows in your academic results, your student job, or the initiatives you’ve taken outside of class.

Final interviews including personality assessments.

During the spring there will be social gatherings and visits to our headquarters to prepare you for the start on 1st of September 2026
