In Demant we develop and produce cutting-edge, high-quality hearing aids. In our growing retail division Hearing Care, we provide people with hearing loss the right hearing aids to improve their quality of life.
To deliver on our growth agenda, we are streamlining our entire value chain, replacing both global and local solutions. More than 100 applications will be replaced during the next 6-8 years, and we will be implementing new CRM, ERP and supporting audiology solutions in +20 markets.

As part of our newly established program, you will be building the new global Dynamics 365 CE solution as part of one of the scrum teams.
The focus this year is to build a global template, and hereafter to onboard the markets to the new platform.
- You will take an outset in D365 CE “standard” and transform business needs to global scalable solutions with strong business impact.
- You will work collaboratively with colleagues from global as well as the local business, configure the solution and make sure it works as expected. There will be needs for development, and here your colleagues are ready to engage.
- Furthermore, you participate in the preparing user acceptance tests together with your scrum team and business representatives.
- You might be involved in training activities both as part of knowledge sharing with your close colleagues, but also supporting user training materials, demos to stakeholders etc.
- When onboarding new markets, you will be involved in the migration, where you coordinate with local IT and commercial organization, and are part of the go-live-support team.
Your role will engage with the whole organization from day one. Together with our thorough on-boarding plan we will ensure you land smoothly in the job and get up to speed on our way of running our business.
The job is onsite in Smørum, just outside Copenhagen, with possibility to work from home a couple of times per week.
You must expect to travel around 15-20 days per year. Travel will most often be together with colleagues. For us work is not “just work”, we like to explore and do social activities together while traveling.
This transition will extend over several years, indicating that your professional journey and opportunities will continue to progress. We encourage you to develop your career. If you wish, you can enhance your skills, pursue more specialized paths, or perhaps take on a new role. Of course, it all depends on timing as well. But as you may sense, we would like to keep you in Demant for as long as possible.
Part of Team Customer Engagement
You will be part of the Global Customer Engagement (CE) team belonging to Hearing Care IT. We are a diverse team of Business Analysts, Application Specialists/Functional Consultant, Solutions Architects, Scrum Masters/Project Managers and CE UX/UI Designer.
Our team place a high importance on team spirit and collaboration, and we are committed to supporting the growth strategy of our Hearing Care division.
Besides your core team, you will be working collaboratively alongside a wide range of international team members and other colleagues in the program. Together we will define, design, develop and deliver the new Dynamics 365 global solution.
Dina Bjørn Andersen, Head of Customer Relations, will be your manager. Dina is rather new to Demant; however, she has solid experience in managing global digital transformations and scaled implementations. Dina brings a wealth of experience in managing global digital transformation initiatives, demonstrating integrity and a collaborative spirit.
Our expectations
- You have implemented Dynamics CE several times in a global retail context – and you understand the steps to take to implement Dynamics 365 CE globally.
- You have a deep understanding of the configurable possibilities in the Power Platform that underpin our Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- You know where in the solution the “no regret” decisions are taken as well as the consequences of the functional and technical decisions and configurations.
- You also know where local market deviations may be needed and possess a broad retail business mindset.
- You effectively communicate with both IT and business colleagues, serving as a bridge between the two. Others recognize that you present well-organized arguments and provide recommendations that reassure stakeholders.
- You work collaboratively with others while also being skilled at identifying and addressing problems as they come up.
- We are working agile applying a Scaled Lean-Agile Framework, with a Demant flavor. We work in iterations (sprints) and use Azure DevOps to prioritize and manage our work items. We expect that you have experience working agile.
- Due to our international presence and melting pot of nationalities, you are used working in English.
- If you are approachable and value collaboration, you will integrate seamlessly into our teamwork-focused environment.
