If so, this could be your next opportunity.

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our company-wide transformation agenda focused on cost competitiveness, operational excellence, and ERP modernization. In this role, you will help ensure that our investments in manufacturing, digitalization, and process improvements translate into tangible financial results—enabling us to continue developing and producing some of the world's most advanced hearing aids that improve people's lives every day.

Welcome to Global Operations Finance

You will join a global Finance organization committed to driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our manufacturing and supply chain network.

Working closely with colleagues across Operations, R&D, Finance, and IT, you will help shape how we measure performance, realize value, and support strategic decision-making across the business.

This is a unique opportunity to combine Finance, manufacturing, and transformation in a company where innovation is at the heart of everything we do. Every efficiency improvement, every productivity gain, and every better financial insight helps strengthen our ability to deliver cutting-edge hearing technology to people who rely on it.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Joining us, you will drive key initiatives across the organization, ensuring that operational improvements are identified, implemented, measured, and translated into sustainable business value.

You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing governance, tracking, and validation processes for enterprise-wide cost reduction and productivity initiatives across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering.
  • Driving value realization efforts and ensuring clear visibility of the financial benefits delivered through operational improvement programs.
  • Developing COGS, inventory, and operational performance analytics that connect business initiatives with financial outcomes and support strategic decision-making.
  • Providing actionable insights into manufacturing performance, operational efficiency, and cost competitiveness.
  • Playing a key Finance role in our ERP and reporting platforms transformation
  • Supporting the design and implementation of future-state costing, inventory management, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Helping establish scalable operating models, reporting capabilities, and performance metrics that support future growth and operational excellence.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, R&D, QA, Procurement, and IT to ensure alignment and successful execution of transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels. Some travel should be expected.

About You

You are passionate about understanding how manufacturing creates value—and how Finance can help unlock even greater business performance.

You enjoy working where manufacturing, finance, technology, and business transformation come together. You are naturally curious and enjoy using data and financial insights to improve performance, influence decisions, and support strategic change.

You most likely come from a manufacturing or production environment and have developed a solid understanding of both operational and financial performance drivers. You are equally comfortable discussing transformation initiatives with senior leaders as you are challenging costing methodologies, production processes, routing structures, inventory flows, and operational performance with manufacturing teams.

To succeed in this role, we expect that you have:

  • Significant experience within Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Cost Accounting, Supply Chain Finance, Operational Excellence, or Business Transformation.
  • Experience from manufacturing and complex supply chain environments, including cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of inventory valuation, standard costing, variance analysis, COGS, and operational performance management.
  • Experience working with ERP systems in manufacturing environments, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or QAD.
  • Understanding of production routing, manufacturing processes, Bills of Material (BoM), and product costing throughout the production lifecycle.
  • The ability to challenge costing methodologies and identify operational drivers impacting manufacturing performance.
  • Advanced analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
  • A proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional transformation initiatives.

As a person, you combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. You enjoy challenging existing ways of working, building strong relationships, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver meaningful results.

Success in This Role

You will be successful when you:

  • Partner with Operations to deliver measurable cost reductions and productivity improvements.
  • Establish transparent and trusted value realization processes.
  • Improve visibility into manufacturing performance and COGS drivers.
  • Help implement future-state costing and reporting capabilities
  • Enable better business decisions through robust financial and operational insights.
  • Strengthening the connection between operational performance, financial results, and our ability to continue delivering world-leading hearing technology that improves people's lives.
