Your role
As an Electronics Engineer, you will design and deliver cutting-edge electronic solutions for hearing instruments accessories owning the process from concept to mass production.
You will work in cross-functional SAFe teams; the SAFe team consists of 6-10 members, collaborating closely with NPI, and production to ensure robust, high-quality products. The role also involves close outsourcing co-work: you will partner with trusted external suppliers to co-develop, verify, and deliver electronic solutions, coordinating tasks, interfaces, and quality across the internal team and outsourcing partners.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with and coordinate trusted outsourcing partners throughout development and delivery
- Design, integrate, and verify miniaturized electronic systems
- Lead development from architecture to production handover
- Solve complex system-level challenges across hardware and software
- Perform testing, and validation
- Ensure compliance with performance, quality, and regulatory requirements
Your environment
You will be part of an experienced hardware group of 60+ engineers developing complete systems by integrating:
- Proprietary ICs
- High-density PCB designs
- Bluetooth and NFMI connectivity
- Acoustic and magnetic components
- Power and battery systems
We offer full end-to-end development ownership, supported by advanced labs, in-house production, and close cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Location
This is primarily an onsite position based at our Kongebakken (KBN) site in Denmark. Applicants must therefore be residing in Denmark or a neighboring country.
Your profile
- BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering
- Experience collaborating with outsourcing partners or distributed development teams
- Skilled in integration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Like project management on small scale
- Structured with solid documentation skills
