Electronics Engineer

Your role 

As an Electronics Engineer, you will design and deliver cutting-edge electronic solutions for hearing instruments and accessories owning the process from concept to mass production. 

You will work in cross-functional electrical SAFe teams; the SAFe team consists of 6-10 members, collaborating closely with RF, acoustics, mechanics, and production to ensure robust, high-quality products. 

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Design, integrate, and verify miniaturized electronic systems 
  • Drive development from architecture to production handover 
  • Solve complex system-level challenges across hardware and software 
  • Perform simulation, testing, and validation 
  • Ensure compliance with performance, quality, and regulatory requirements 

 

Your environment 

You will be part of a strong hardware group of 60+ engineers developing complete systems by integrating: 

  • Proprietary ICs 
  • High-density PCB designs 
  • Bluetooth and NFMI connectivity 
  • Acoustic and magnetic components 
  • Power and battery systems 

We offer full end-to-end development ownership, supported by advanced labs, in-house production, and strong cross-disciplinary collaboration. 

Your profile 

  • BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering 
  • Experience in analog and/or digital electronics development 
  • Strong in integration, testing, and troubleshooting 
  • Familiar with simulation tools and design trade-offs 
  • Structured with solid documentation skills 

 

Additional advantages: 

  • Miniaturization and high-density design 
  • RF/NFMI or magnetic systems 
  • Production and test development 
  • Regulatory experience (e.g., medical devices) 
  • Programming (e.g., Python)
