The job
Your key objectives are to define best practices for regional sales managers and to develop and drive regional sales manager initiatives to deliver global sales process and continuous reinforcement initiatives. This includes supporting markets in local planning, follow-up, performance management etc.
Your key stakeholders are mainly internal and will include the Hearing Care Leadership Team, local retail Management (especially General Managers, Sales Manager and HR), Commercial Excellence leadership, Global Commercial Trainers and Sales Excellence Managers.
You will also plan and produce quarterly online sessions for 200+ Regional Sales Managers in a Center of Excellence forum. The content is driven by global subject matter experts.
Your key responsibilities
You will:
- Manage the Sales Leadership Enablement plan and toolbox.
- Plan, coordinate, produce and follow-up COEs.
- Support the sales process reinforcement agenda.
- Create communication plans for commercial initiatives.
- Measure Effectiveness of Sales Leadership initiatives.
- Build and Maintain stakeholder management.
50-70% of your time you will design, develop, drive and oversee project management of Sales Leadership Enablement:
- Execute on 2027-2029 business plans for Sales Leadership Enablement:
- Project manage four workstreams (individual sub projects).
- Ensure a holistic RM enablement through the Hub, COE’s, etc.
- Coordinate, communicate and align with project team.
- Define scope and success metrics.
- Increase engagement in RM Hub and report reliable data to business leaders and comply with all internal and external requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns.
- Produce 3 annual COEs:
- Coordinate plan and content with key stakeholders.
- Produce live COEs.
- Follow-up.
- Project manage Site Visit Report/Coaching app:
- Own the plan.
- Motivate the project team.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team.
- Ensure alignment with pilot market (FR).
- Define scope and success metrics.
10-20% of your time you will event manage an annual event for selected local Audika Stars:
- Project Management:
- Overall plan incl. communication with HCLT and markets.
- Motivate the project team.
- Oversee and align workstreams with work group.
- Facilitate and produce a 3-day event.
The job is predominantly performed in HQ although some travel is to be expected. Expected start date is 1st of December 2026. It is a requirement that you can start onsite from day one.
The Commercial Learning & Training team
You will report to Mette-Katrine Ejby Buch, Director, Commercial learning and training. Mette-Katrine has been with us for 2,5 year and 15+ years within sales excellence and training.
The team consists of 1 other Commercial Project Manager, 2 Global Commercial Trainers, 1 Lead for Organisational Change, 3 Change managers and Coordinators, 2 Global Instructional Designers and 1 Commercial Training Enablement Specialist. You can look forward to good team collaboration and sparring.
What we expect from you
We're looking for a commercially minded project manager who enjoys leading complex initiatives across international organizations.
You have:
- A master’s degree in business, Management, HR, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience within project management, commercial excellence, sales enablement, consulting or change management from where you have:
- Experience in managing large-scale projects from strategy through implementation.
- Experience in managing change initiatives and promoting adoption.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Solid understanding of commercial performance and sales excellence.
On top of this, you also have:
- Well-developed communications and presentations skills in English.
- An analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- A high level of ownership and the ability to move initiatives from idea to execution.
- Motivation to carry out initiatives in practice, lead progress forward, and align people around a shared objective.
