Commercial Excellence Graduate // Demant's Graduate Programme

Welcome to our Graduate Programme. We offer you a career in a leading Danish C25 company, that creates life-changing products for people around the world. We will guide you through a two-year journey here at our headquarters, just outside Copenhagen. 

You will start on 1st of September 2025 and are going to rotate in three teams throughout the programme -  working with on numerous and different projects. This will provide you with a good business understanding and a broad network of people across all functions. From day one, you will take on significant responsibilities to develop your professional and personal skills, with the goal of transitioning into a permanent role at the end of the programme.

With operations in over 30 countries, many of our graduates get the opportunity to work abroad for six months, subject to business needs. You will also enjoy a fantastic graduate network and can look forward to exciting team days, training sessions, and visits to our diverse business units.

Your journey as a Commercial Excellence graduate
As a Commercial Excellence Graduate, you will have the unique opportunity to work as an in-house consultant within a dynamic team in a truly international, flat-hierarchy environment.

Your primary focus will be supporting the Commercial Excellence department in designing and executing high-impact projects to maximize our commercial success across various markets and business areas. You will conduct commercial assessments, identify gaps and opportunities relative to best practices, develop new commercial tools, and embed new processes within our global and local commercial teams. This experience will provide you with deep insights into the commercial operations of a global company like Demant. With a global perspective, you may also take on assignments that involve stays outside Denmark, with durations varying by project.

Your rotations, shaped by your skills, interests, and current business needs, could span the different areas of Commercial Excellence: Sales Excellence, Strategic Pricing, and Commercial Training at our headquarters, with the possibility of taking a whole rotation abroad within one of our international sales' local organisations. Regardless of the specific area, one thing is certain: you’ll have the chance to develop your quantitative, qualitative, and interpersonal skills every day!

We would like to get to know you
To apply for our programme, you are just about to finish your Master studies or have graduated no more than 1-2 years ago in e.g. Strategic Management, International Business, Finance & Economics, International Marketing or similar. You are a top performer with great achievements in your studies, either through your (student) work experience or extracurricular activities. And last, you are fluent in English.

Personally, you are collaborative, driven, and passionate about your work. You approach goals strategically yet practically, and you combine curiosity, diligence, and – most importantly - humility.

Virtual individual assessment testing for analytical skills and thinking style (40 min. total) – only applies to the Commercial Excellence track

22 January:    
All-day Assessment Center at our headquarters in Smørum close to Copenhagen

27-31 January:    
Final interviews including prior online assessments on personal competencies and logical skills
