CRM & Field Force Effectiveness Manager - Global Sales

We are looking for a CRM & Field Force Effectiveness Manager to join our Sales, Training and Service organization. In this role, you will strengthen the productivity and effectiveness of our Global Sales and local customer-facing teams by connecting commercial strategy, data, technology, and field execution.

 

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance and local markets, you will translate commercial ambitions into practical improvements that help our sales organization focus on the right customers, execute the right activities, and deliver measurable business results. By combining Field Force Effectiveness methodologies, analytics and CRM optimization with effective processes, you will help drive sustainable commercial performance across our international markets.

 

Welcome to Global Sales

You will join the Global Sales department within Demant's Hearing Aids, International Sales business, supporting hearing-impaired people worldwide. Recently, we introduced a new Commercial Operating Model as the backbone aligning our strategy to execution across Marketing, Sales, Training and Service. It defines roles, ownership, and accountability, integrating all commercial functions into one value chain for consistent market impact.

 

You will be part of the Field Force Effectiveness team, consisting currently of three dedicated colleagues. Reporting to the Field Force Effectiveness Lead, you will join a team working closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders to drive execution and continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will be based at our Demant HQ located in Smørum close to Copenhagen.

 

Your Role

As Field Force Effectiveness Manager, you will help shape and execute our strategy, ensuring our sales organization is supported by the right data, tools, processes, and insights.

 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving field force productivity through customer coverage, targeting, territory alignment, resource allocation, call planning, and performance frameworks.
  • Enhancing CRM effectiveness by supporting the development and governance of Salesforce, improving data quality, user adoption, and best practices.
  • Turning field activity, customer and market data into actionable insights through analytics, dashboards, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Supporting Management Business Reviews, Quarterly Deep Dives and leadership reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen commercial performance.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations, technology teams, and local markets to translate strategy and plans into effective field execution.

 

Success in this role will be reflected in improved sales productivity, increased CRM adoption, better customer engagement, higher data quality, and measurable commercial impact.

 

Your Profile

You are an analytical and commercially minded professional with a good track record in areas such as Field Force Effectiveness, CRM, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Business Analytics. Preferably you hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and ideally you bring 5+ years of experience in a similar role, supporting sales teams within an international organization. Experience from healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B industries is an advantage.

 

You thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy, data, technology, and field execution combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, turning data into insights, insights into actions, and actions into measurable results.

 

We expect you to have:

  • Experience within field force effectiveness or similar, including sales analytics, territory management, customer segmentation, targeting, resource allocation, and performance management.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce is an advantage) and analytics capabilities, Power BI or similar tools knowledge, as well as advanced Excel skills.
  • The ability to translate data into clear recommendations that improve sales productivity, customer engagement, and business performance.
  • Good stakeholder management skills, communication, and change management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and markets.
