Business Process Analyst - Global Processes

Denmark
Smørum

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to strengthen our Global Processes function and help drive clarity, consistency, and data-driven decision-making across our global process landscape. In this role you will be working in our Hearing Care business, which is one of the world's largest providers of hearing healthcare services, focused on helping people with hearing loss through professional assessment, fitting, and ongoing care. The Hearing Care division operates a global network of hearing clinics and hearing care professionals who provide end-to-end hearing solutions

You will play a key role in analysing, structuring, and translating business process knowledge into high-quality Business Process Management (BPM) artefacts that support governance, transformation initiatives, and technology alignment. Through your analytical capabilities and structured approach, you will help create transparency across processes and ensure business requirements are effectively translated into scalable ERP and CRM solutions.

Welcome to Global Processes

As part of our Global Processes function, located in our Hearing Care business area, you will work closely with Business Process Owners, Technology Product Owners, and transformation stakeholders across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Processes, you will contribute to strengthening process governance, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and supporting the continuous improvement of our enterprise process landscape.

Drive Process Excellence Across Business and Technology

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to both business and technology stakeholders, ensuring that processes are clearly defined, consistently documented, and aligned with organisational objectives. You will facilitate process discovery and alignment activities, identify opportunities for improvement, and help establish a shared understanding of process requirements across functions and domains.

Joining us, you can look forward to the following responsibilities:

  • Analyse and structure business processes in accordance with BPM standards and governance principles
  • Drive process design, modelling, and documentation activities across assigned process areas
  • Plan and facilitate process discovery and verification workshops with subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Capture, structure, and synthesise workshop outputs and stakeholder inputs into decision-ready BPM artefacts
  • Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate cross-domain alignment and ensure shared understanding of process requirements
  • Analyse and align business processes, capabilities, and technology solutions to support scalable end-to-end process design
  • Support the translation of business requirements into technology-relevant inputs and solution designs
  • Ensure quality, consistency, traceability, and governance compliance of BPM artefacts
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of BPM methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks

You will support the successful delivery of process and transformation initiatives by ensuring that process information is accurate, transparent, and actionable. Furthermore, you will act as a trusted advisor by providing fact-based insights, constructively challenging assumptions, and helping stakeholders make informed decisions.

What You Bring

You bring 2–3 years of relevant experience within Business Process Management. Your analytical mindset enables you to transform complex and ambiguous information into clear, actionable insights. You are skilled at process modelling and documentation, and you understand how business processes, capabilities, and technology solutions connect to create value across the organisation.

In addition, you bring:

  • Experience supporting transformation programmes or system implementations such as ERP or CRM initiatives is considered an advantage
  • Experience with business process analysis, modelling, and optimisation
  • Good facilitation skills and experience leading process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
  • The ability to translate business requirements into structured process designs and technology-aligned inputs
  • A solid understanding of process governance, quality standards, and traceability principles
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
