Audio Test Engineer
Do you have experience working with audio, psychoacoustics and signal processing? Would you like to make a difference on tomorrow’s hearing aid products? If so, you might be our new audio engineer with focus on clinical hearing aid testing.
Part of our R&D-unit
You will become part of the Audiological Solutions group, and be member of a team, where the goal is to secure the clinical performance of the coming hearing aids. The team you will work with consists of 3 highly skilled engineers and 6 clinical audiologists.

We are at the frontier of the latest technology, constantly working to improve hearing solutions for our users to strengthen and develop our business.
Assist clinical tests
In this role your main responsibility will be:
- Support our clinical audiologists in preparing instruments and test computers before clinical tests
- Measure the acoustic performance of our hearing instruments before tests
- Together with skilled colleagues, be part of preparing for clinical tests, including preparing relevant documentation
- Set up speech intelligibility and other psychoacoustic tests in our sound studios
- Design and verify clinical test methods
Additional tasks will be:
- Develop and maintain tools and methods for psychoacoustic experiments
- Actively participate in various improvement initiatives
Since most of our tools used for clinical tests are developed using Matlab and Python, you are expected to be well qualified in these programming languages.

Interest in Audio / Acoustics
We expect you to hold a master’s degree or similar in engineering - with a clear interest or experience within the field of Acoustics.
You are familiar with working with programming and have an interest in working with Hearing Aids.
As a person, you are service-minded as you will be working with various stakeholders across the company.
