Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing Salesforce Team. Our Salesforce platform is crucial to the business, already supporting operations in 17 countries across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud. To enhance its strategic importance, we are transitioning Salesforce development in-house. You’ll be pivotal in continuing the platform's development and expansion, collaborating closely with our dedicated IT Salesforce team of 7 colleagues.

Your Responsibilities:

• Architectural Solutions: Design and develop scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with the business's strategic objectives and global operations.
• Continuous Innovation: Drive ongoing improvements in the functionality of custom Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and IT to translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
• Customization & Development: Implement a wide range of Salesforce elements, from custom objects and workflows to Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components, enhancing the overall user experience.
• Technical Excellence: Code, test, debug, and document software in line with industry best practices, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
• Integration Expertise: Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical guidance to colleagues and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Process Optimization: Identify and address system and process inefficiencies, collaborating with stakeholders to implement improvements.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning, and SFDX.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I required. Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce App Builder certifications are preferred.
• Skills:
  • Development: Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, SFDX, Custom Metadata, Unit Testing.
  • Automation: Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes.
  • Lightning Experience: LWC (Lightning Web Components), Lightning App Builder.
  • Data Management: Reports, Dashboards, Security Model, Data Sharing Settings.
• Bonus Skills:
  • REST API Integrations
  • Azure DevOps knowledge
