HR IT Specialist
Overview of the Role:
The HR IT Specialist is responsible for the design, configuration, and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. This role supports the HR digitalisation strategy by delivering scalable solutions, ensuring platform stability, and enabling a seamless, high‑quality HR service experience.
The outcome is a stable, well‑designed HRSD platform that delivers intuitive HR services, reduces manual effort, and supports efficient case management and HR processes across the organisation.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide 1st–3rd level support for ServiceNow HRSD module.
- Configure and develop HRSD functionality, including workflows, forms, portals, and case logic.
- Implement enhancements and change requests based on requirements from the Product Owner.
- Support testing, releases, and ongoing improvements to the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Support and contribute to the implementation of the HRSD module in new countries and markets, including configuration, localization, testing, and coordination with the Product Owner.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior ServiceNow HRSD Specialist to follow standards and expand technical expertise.
To Qualify for the Role:
Professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and/or HRSD modules (prior HRSD module experience a plus – otherwise, we will help upskill you)
- Experience with configuration, business rules, workflows, MDF objects, and Time Evaluation.
- Understanding of HR processes, data structures, and integrations.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
