CRM Application Specialist (Support & Functional)
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L2/L3 support for CRM-related incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution within SLAs
• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories
• Support testing (UAT, integration testing) and release processes
• Collaborate with developers and global teams on enhancements
• Assist in process improvements and system optimization
Additional Responsibilities:
• Facilitate scrum or coordination meetings when required
• Support documentation, training, and user enablement
• Contribute to project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 3–7 years of experience in CRM support, functional consulting, or business analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps is an advantage
• Understanding of ITIL processes is a plus
