Business Support Specialist, ANZ

About the Role:

The Business Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the OneRetail Support Team, ANZ and other business stakeholders by performing key back-office tasks.

 

The goal of the Business Support Specialist is to ensure data integrity is maintained through regular maintenance of various internal systems and managing key activities that must be performed in AX.

 

The Business Support Specialist will:

 

  • Support the business with tender declaration variance investigation and documentation.
  • Identify potential revenue opportunities or HSP non-compliance concerns through regular report investigation.
  • Manage the document control process for the business.
  • Reconcile AX order status with HSP by actioning response files and settling claim lines.
  • Improve business capabilities and efficiencies through the processing of various other administration tasks.
  • Respond to request for access or changes to iAuditor (Audika internal site visit system) template and Access.

Your Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Support both ANZ OneRetail and Finance by documenting daily tender declaration variances and posting statements. 
  • Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly report investigation within the allocated time period.
  • Maintain data integrity by accurately managing manual and revalidated claim reconciliation on a weekly basis.
  • Support Audika’s compliance goals by working with all stakeholders to ensure published documents are maintained through the document control process.
  • Respond to request for iAuditor access or changes within a timely manner.

To Qualify for the Role (Qualification, Skills & Abilities):

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated effective listening and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines within tight timelines.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

 

Experiences:

  • Prior experience in a customer service and administration/operations environment ideally within retail or health related industry.
  • Previous experience in administration using Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience using Teams.
  • Experience with CRM and Dynamics AX systems.
