An IT Service Delivery & Solutions Specialist can contribute to the modernization of the data ecosystem and is responsible for leading the implementation and integration of global solutions that support the transformation of Demant Ibérica's operations and processes. The main responsibility is to support the adoption of digital technologies and promote organizational change to make the most of the digital opportunities that exist at Demant and that fit the organization's business model.

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide assistance managing and implementing global solutions to the local market, aligned with the IT project team's planning for their execution, migration, monitoring, management, and communication with Business Stakeholders.
  • Participate in global Demant´s IT projects for the deployment and implementation of new applications and/or software solutions to the local market.
  • Execute and track Change Management plans aligned with global team.
  • Collaboration in the analysis of local processes and decision-making during the data migration period for a correct implementation of the new solution.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s in engineering, Computer Science, Systems or related field.
  • At least 6 years of progressive responsibilities in IT or an IT focused business area.
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in solution implementations, migration projects, integrations, or similar positions (Financial/Sales ERPs, MS AX 2012-Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Navision, CRM, ServiceNow / Remedy, EDI, etc).
  • Spanish native, English advanced level.
  • Experience in agile methodologies for project management.
  • Hands-on experience in ITIL methodology for service management and delivery.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting applications and/or systems.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Reporting Power BI (Microsoft Reporting Services) is a plus.
