Responsibilities

  • Inbound and outbound customer calls, actively listening to customer queries, interpreting their needs, and delivering exceptional customer experience throughout, ensuring a positive customer brand experience at all times.
  • Build strong relationships with our internal and external customers.
  • Provide administration support to the sales & technical support teams as required.
  • Raising and processing of orders to invoice and credit notes where required.
  • Use an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to progress workflow.
  • Update CRM system as necessary.
  • A focus on attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Other support task in the customer service team.

  • Fluent in English and Native speaker in Spanish.
  • Salesforce or similar ERP user level.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service environment, previous contact centre desirable.
  • Audiology certification training or similar.
