Are you a motivated marketing graduate with 1–2 years of experience and a passion for learning all aspects of marketing? Do you have a keen interest in CRM and want to grow in a dynamic, supportive team?

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who is passionate about helping people to hear better and has a can-do attitude to join our growing team and help support a wide range of marketing functions across the business.

  • What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels.

    • Help manage and update the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and supporting campaign targeting.

    • Support content creation for websites, social media, and email marketing.

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy.

    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives.

    • Assist in event planning, campaign reporting, and ad-hoc marketing tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of hands-on marketing experience.

  • Interest or experience in CRM systems and customer engagement.

  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

  • Tech-savvy with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.

  • A team player who’s always ready to jump in and learn something new.
