About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced clinician to join our team as a Clinical Training & Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will deliver engaging onboarding and upskilling programs that set clinicians up for success from day one.
As a clinical subject matter expert, you’ll play a key role in shaping capability across our network—ensuring consistency in clinical standards, building confidence, and enhancing the overall client experience.
You will be successful in this role, if you have:
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onboarding programs for new clinicians (face-to-face and virtual)
- Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and refresher programs covering:
- Clinical best practice & ATRT
- Compliance and operational standards
- Client experience and clinic workflows
- Design and continuously improve training programs based on insights and feedback
- Support assessment of new hires’ readiness and capability development
- Lead clinical training for new product launches and initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical systems, protocols, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to graduate and tele-audiology training programs
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business priorities
