About the role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced clinician to join our team as a Clinical Training & Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will deliver engaging onboarding and upskilling programs that set clinicians up for success from day one.

As a clinical subject matter expert, you’ll play a key role in shaping capability across our network—ensuring consistency in clinical standards, building confidence, and enhancing the overall client experience.

You will be successful in this role, if you have:

- Degree in audiology 
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical practice
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in audiology training and coaching 
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience delivering training or workshops
- Excellent communication and coaching capability
- A passion for continuous improvement and clinical excellence

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onboarding programs for new clinicians (face-to-face and virtual)
  • Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and refresher programs covering:
    • Clinical best practice & ATRT
    • Compliance and operational standards
    • Client experience and clinic workflows
  • Design and continuously improve training programs based on insights and feedback
  • Support assessment of new hires’ readiness and capability development
  • Lead clinical training for new product launches and initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical systems, protocols, and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to graduate and tele-audiology training programs
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business priorities
