Customer Service Representatives

 

Oticon Medical BAHS specializes in developing, producing, and distributing advanced bone-anchored hearing systems, including long-term implants, sound processors, software, and surgical tools. We are a global leader in hearing solutions, and we are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to serve as the frontline ambassadors of our organization, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, patients and field representatives.

The primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key responsibilites

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, patients, and field representatives, delivering professional and efficient support.
  • Promote and sell Oticon Medical products and services as appropriate. Support Marketing initiatives to ensure successful transactions.
  • Process orders, invoices, returns, repairs, and warranties for Oticon Medical products with a high level of accuracy.
  • Act as first-line technical support and stay informed about new products by reviewing updated literature and training materials.
  • Maintain accurate customer, patient, warranty, and pricing records.
  • Notify customers of all back orders, as needed.
  • Handle loss and damage claims efficiently and in a timely manner and manage returns to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate to relevant field staff.
  • Provide accurate quotes to customers and patients upon request, in cooperation with and based on directions given by the National Sales Manager
  • Manage Partner Dispenser Contracts and invoices in close collaboration with National Sales Manager.
  • Manage billing issues in collaboration with Sales, Commercial Manager, and Finance team.
  • May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager. 


Your profile

Ideally, you have customer service experience and a friendly, professional approach with strong interpersonal skills. You communicate clearly, listen actively, and stay customer‑focused and flexible. You are self-motivated with a proactive can‑do attitude and manage stress effectively while staying well organized and attentive to detail. Strong follow up comes naturally to you, and you are comfortable working both independently and collaborating as part of a team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma required
  • Fluency, both spoken and written, in at least two of the following languages is required: Dutch, German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian. English is required additionally as the internal company language.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Internet browsers, Word, and Excel required. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Available to work scheduled hours of 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM, with flexibility to support additional business needs as required.
  • Based in Sweden, Gothenburg or Germany, Hamburg
